Favorite Instrumentals?

I'm sitting here going through my Europe pictures while jamming out to Traffic's "Glad" which got me thinking...

Rock instrumentals... what are some of your favorites?
In addition to "Glad", off the top of my head, I love:
"Eruption" - Van Halen
"Any Colour You Like" - Pink Floyd (from DSOTM)

Pink Floyd has tons more, and there's some good ones by The Who and Led Zeppelin as well.

And, probably my most favorite:

What about you? What's your favorite rock instrumental?

Ahhh...Green Onions. Nice one Sean.

I also like The Who's "Quadrophenia", anything on Jeff Beck's epic "Blow by Blow" album, and the absolutely haunting "Song for Guy" by Elton John.

Hands down; it's Stevie Ray's cover of "Little Wing". An absolute masterpiece.

Honorable mention goes to "Hocus Pocus" by Focus, and Mason William's "Classical Gas".
